The Quick Daily Exercise to Lose Belly Fat


The following exercise will help you to lose belly fat fast. To understand why many other widely-promoted methods do NOT work, you should read the previous article: Lose Belly Fat

As we discussed in the previous article, you need to use a full-body exercise, which also firms the ab region. The best, cheap, easy, fast choice - is "Interval Training".

Here's how it works: After a short warm-up, you alternate "intervals" of sprinting & resting. To get the full benefits, you should do this for at least 15 minutes. (The more time you can afford, the better.)

Why does Interval Training work so well? After warming up, run as fast as you can for a short distance, while holding your hand against your abs. You'll feel your abs tighten up - even more than they do during a crunch or sit-up. Plus the work-rest-work-rest intervals, increase the strength & health of your heart - much more than jogging for long durations at a constant speed.

And the cost? To do this ab-firming exercise routine, all you need are running shoes and a place to run. You can even run back & forth over the same distance, but it's more enjoyable if you have a park or interesting scenery to run through.


Here's the Step-By-Step Exercise Routine:

1) Warm up. (5 minutes of stretching and a couple minutes light jogging, should be enough.)

2) Sprint for a set number of seconds. (See below for how to determine the actual interval length.)

3) Walk for a set number of seconds.

4) Repeat 2) & 3) for 15 minutes. (Or more.)

5) When you finish the Intervals, walk for awhile (as a "cool-down").

You want to choose the Intervals in 2) & 3), so they're challenging, but not so exhausting that you cannot continue them for at least 15 minutes. (When I started, I would sprint for 10 seconds, then walk for 20 seconds. Very soon thereafter, I was able to reverse that: sprint for 20 seconds, walk for 10 seconds.)


In only a few minutes a day, you can lose belly fat, firm your abs, burn significant calories and reduce your body-fat percentage. And an extra benefit of this exercise routine, is that your cardiovascular health will improve. Also, should this exercise get too easy, you can keep it challenging for your body (which will keep your body improving those abs!) by sprinting up and walking down a hill.

But this is just a quick "starter". Male or Female - if you want to get a "Great Bod" that turns heads everywhere, you need to get on a Professional, Comprehensive, Diet & Exercise Plan. You cannot choose where the fat will come off - you body makes that choice based on your genetics. But you CAN choose which muscles to concentrate on firming up!

2) Use a Total, Professional Fat Loss Plan.

No matter how firm your abs are, no one will be able to see them if they're covered up with a layer of fat! So you need to reduce your total body-fat percentage. And to do that, you need a Plan that includes Diet AND Exercise.

3) Use a Full-Body Exercise Routine.

You need to use exercises that work your entire body, while concentrating on your abs. This will speed up your body-fat reduction AND firm up your abs - at the same time!

Hydroxycut Side Effects: Can You Lose Weight Fast using Hydroxycut, Without any Side Effects?


Since Hydroxycut is a very popular diet supplement, Hydroxycut Side Effects have become a big issue in weight loss. Can you avoid the frequent side effects of Hydroxycut, yet still use it for rapid weight loss?

Hydroxycut is a "thermogenic" compound made by MuscleTech. The assumption is that by raising your metabolism, your body will lose fat faster. Originally, Hydroxycut did this by using Ephedra, but that was banned in multiple nations, due to several well-documented, dangerous side effects. The new form of Hydroxycut has no ephedra, and this ephedra-free version is much weaker in its weight loss effects, than the original formula.

So before you go out and buy Hydroxycut, I'm going to be honest with you: There are some very serious problems with this product! Over *90%* of those using the product, report a range of Side Effects from using Hydroxycut.

First, I'll discuss some of the problems you might have to suffer, if you use Hydroxycut. Then, I'll show you how to avoid these problems.


Some of the reported Hydroxycut Side Effects include:

-increased heart rate

-arrhythmia

-increase or decrease in blood pressure

-blurred vision

-nose bleeds

-vaginal yeast infections

-body rashes

-fainting

-nervousness or hyperactivity

-dizziness

-acne outbreaks

-headaches

-impotence

Of all these side effects, two are particularly alarming: arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat) and impotence. Some Hydroxycut users have felt their heart skipping beats, or worse, "stalling"!

As for the impotence, this is one of the "sexual side effects" noted on the Hydroxycut bottle label. Your loss of the ability to achieve and maintain erections, would most likely be due to the widely reported "decreased blood pressure" side effect of Hydroxycut.

Even if you manage to avoid most of these problems, you still have to deal with the short-term limitations of diet supplements. After using Hydroxycut for an initial period, most users find that their body becomes "resistant" to its effects - the pills lose potency! And of course, this potency problem is even worse, when using the current, ephedra-free, "watered-down" version of Hydroxycut.

In conclusion, we now know that using Hydroxycut will produce Side Effects - some of which can be dangerous! Does Celopin Diet Pill work? Does it accelerate weight loss? And is it safe?

There's a long history of diet pills - and their dangerous side effects. From the amphetamines of the '50s ("speed" as diet pill!)... to the famous "fen-phen" disaster (when the FDA was humiliated, by having to recall a highly dangerous diet pill combination - mere months after they had approved it!)... to the "natural" diet pills of more recent years... a) Diet pills only give you short-term results. Their effect lessens with time, as your body gets used to the presence of the pill's main ingredient(s), and naturally counteracts the pill's effects.

b) The Bounce. Most users of diet pills find that after they stop using the pills, the weight comes back. But worse than that, studies have found that many diet pill users wind up at a HIGHER weight than when they started. (That has happened to me personally, with more than one diet pill I tried!)

So they've now begun offering diluted, over-the-counter brands of their leading prescription diet pills. But a diluted pill, has a diluted effect - so these pills are even more USELESS than their prescription counterparts!

Diet Pills promise "fast and easy fat loss" but to get there, you have to suffer through an "obstacle course" - including a list of possibly dangerous side effects. There ARE ways to lessen these obstacles, plus there are some great alternatives which can help you REALLY lose weight "fast and easy". The Rules of the Sacred Heart Diet


Note: Make sure you first read Sacred Heart Diet

1) Since the diet is extreme low-calorie, you need to eat a lot of the "allowed foods" each day, in an attempt to prevent unwanted side effects. In particular, to prevent the frequently-reported diarrhea, you should eat a cup of fiber every day during the diet.

2) Drink lots of water. Six to eight glasses per day, if not more.

3) At no time during the diet are you allowed to have: alcohol, fried foods, pop/soda (even diet carbonated drinks are not allowed!), or bread.


Allowed Fluids: Tea, Coffee, Cranberry juice, Fruit juices (unsweetened only!), skim milk. And of course, water.


Recipe for the "special" soup:

Ingredients: 3 or more large green onions, 2lbs carrots, 1 bunch celery, 2 green peppers, 2 cans green beans, 1-2 cans of stewed tomatoes, 1pkg Lipton Chicken Noodle soup mix, 1 large can Beef Broth (no fat).

Cut the vegetables into small or medium chunks. Cover with water. Boil quickly for ten minutes. Then reduce heat to a simmer, and continue cooking until all the vegetables are tender. Season with salt & pepper, parsley, curry (if desired). You can also use bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, or hot sauce.


The Daily diet Rules:

The soup can be eaten anytime, any day. (So can any of the Allowed Fluids.) Be sure to have the soup at least once every day.

Day #1: You can eat any fruit except bananas. Cantaloupes & watermelon are preferred (since they're lower in calories).

Day #2: You can eat any vegetable - raw, canned or cooked. Green leafy vegetables are preferred. Try to avoid starches (corn, peas, beans). You can add any of these veggies to the normal soup recipe today. Finally at dinner, you can add a large baked potato, with butter.

Day #3: Any fruits AND any vegetables. (No baked potato though.)

By the end of this day, the diet states that you "should have lost 5-7 pounds".

Day #4: You should eat 3 bananas or more. You should also drink as much skim milk as you want.

Day #5: You can have 10-20 oz of beef, and a can of tomatoes (or up to 6 fresh tomatoes).

Day #6: You can eat as much beef as you want, with as much vegetables as you want (but no baked potato).

Day #7: You can have brown rice, (with cooked vegetables if you like). You should eat vegetables and fruit today, as well.


Once again I must repeat, the diet WILL cause unpleasant side effects. Be sure to eat the cup of fiber each day - or you'll be spending half the day in the washroom! And again, I remind you that this is a basically unhealthy diet, to be used only in the short-term - and never more than seven days at a time.

Sacred Heart Diet: Will The Sacred Heart Diet Get Rid Of Fat Fast!?


Does the Sacred Heart Diet work? Will it cause you to rapidly lose fat? And what is it?

This diet is neither "new", nor "innovative". It's merely offered up every few years, to a new group of people who have never heard of it - and thus think it's something special.

The story that accompanies the diet is that the Sacred Heart Hospital in Canada, created and used this diet for heart surgery patients who's excess weight made surgery that much more dangerous. The idea is that the hospital needed a fast-working diet, to help these patients lose substantial weight before their approaching surgery.

The truth is, both the Hospital, it's Medical Centre, and the American Heart Association, ALL have distanced themselves from this diet - as a "phony". (Other names for this "phony" diet are: the Miami Heart Institute Diet, the Spokane Heart Diet, the Cleveland Clinic Diet.)

Now in all fairness, some people have reported weight loss results from using the Sacred Heart Diet. However, those results tend to be short-lived, and the diet itself causes it's own problems:

a) If the diet causes rapid weight loss, it's mostly water, and is quickly regained after use.

b) The extreme low-calorie nature of the diet, prohibits it's use in the long-term.

c) The extreme low calories and the choices of "allowed" foods, cause widespread side effects like: dizziness, weakness, fainting, and most often, diarrhea.

It is possible, however, to lessen some of these effects. (I talk more about that, in the next article, which also lists the diet's rules in detail.)

The diet is based on a central soup recipe, and lasts for seven days. Also allowed is a short list of acceptable fluids, plus the occasional "treat". The treats include such foods as beef, rice, and even a baked potato with butter.


So does the Sacred Heart Diet work? Well, if you can tolerate the strong and unpleasant side effects, and you only need to lose weight temporarily - then yes, I suppose it "works". Finally, as I said above, it is possible to reduce the unpleasant side effects and other problems with the diet.. But if you want a Healthy Diet plan, one that can be used long-term, and one that not only loses weight but Keeps It Off - then you have to look elsewhere. You need a Complete plan, that not only get the fat off, but helps you adopt a "Healthy Lifestyle", that you can use to look GREAT for the rest of your life!

Diets You Must Avoid

Now that I’ve “done my duty” and warned you about the worst (drugs & supplements), we need to talk about the other failures people often encounter on the road to successful weight loss. (I finally did lose the weight I wanted to, thanks to my celopin diet pill journey - more on that later.)

It’s widely reported that up to 95% of all diets fail - and brother, after what *I* went through, I can believe that! The problem as I see it, is that most of what you hear in the “moron mainstream media” is just that: stories by morons. Most important, remember these:

-Starvation Diets don’t work!

You can’t lose fat by starving yourself, or by skipping meals. All this does is convince your body that you’re under attack (they scientists call it “going into starvation mode”) and your metabolism shuts down - and so does any weight loss!

-Low Fat Diets don’t work!

Eating “low-fat” or “non-fat” foods, doesn’t work either. People have been using low-fat diets for decades - and our society is more fat now than decades ago!

-Low Carb Diets don’t work!

Actually, they do. But you just can’t stay on them long enough, to make a big difference - they’re too boring! A true low-carbohydrate diet MUST severely restrict the foods you can eat. And with so little choice, lemme tell ya, it gets real dull, real fast...


So now at least, you know what to avoid. I just don’t want you to waste your money and your time, making the same lousy mistakes I did.

Beware Diet Pills - This Article Could Save Your Life!


My doctor said I was lucky I got to the hospital in time... I had tried a new diet drug - and it almost killed me! (This is one of the reasons I created a Sacred Heart Diet blog giving FREE diet and weight loss information!)

Not that this was the first diet drug I tried. But it was sure the last! (I finally lost all the fat I wanted to, after my “celopin diet pill journey” - details about that, coming up.)

Legal Note: Can they sue a guy, just for helping warn others by putting his story online? I dunno, but just in case, we’ll play it safe: No brand names are given in this article. (And by the way, celopin was not the pill that nearly killed me.)

So after they put me on a bunch of diet pills and I suffered all those terrible side effects - then they find out that all those pills are NOT effective at losing fat! Also, most of them were taken off the market later, “due to dangerous side effects”. No kidding!!

By the way, have you tried ordering diet pills from the Internet? When I started my online investigation of all this, I was shocked to find 100s of diet pill rip-off complaints!

This is a typical one:

“On 12/03/06 I placed an online order with www.... they said they had some wrong info in there system and were going to call my Doc for a fax number... Two day's later it said there was no information the day after that my account was charged and I checked online again and it said My Doctor had rejected it. I spoke with him and he said he has never heard or received anything from them! ...asked for my money back no reply. Yesterday I checked again and it said they are sending me a non prescription alternative... I do not want it I want my money back because they lied. Still no reply.”

In this one, a consumer advocate website replied (spelling mistakes kept for accuracy):

“Ordered product from pharmacy. They substitued a different product than I ordered. I requested to send product back. They stated that in their terms that they can substitue another product. I may return product but they charged $45.00 for processing and cancellation fees plus I have to pay return shipping.”

Response:

“I had the same experience with Pharmacy - ordering one thing and receiving something else. So I called them and requested a refund. Of course, their pat line was that the fine print told me that I could not get a refund once the product had been shipped.”

Now this one, is a Beauty!:

“My daughter, friend and I all ordered the "free" thin- tabs for the small shipping and handling fee. Before we knew it we had all been charged $149.99, this happened immediately, and we received a large bottle of the pills which NONE of us accepted and all 3 of us sent back " refused". We were all told we had agreed to a monthly club type thing and would be charged EVERY month. ...My daughter cancelled her credit card as the only way to get them to stop charging her monthly charges. My friends account was sent to Collections (in Bombay INDIA) and I have yet to see a credit on my Visa.”


Once I finally figured out that no diet pill was gonna get the weight off, I started working out at a gym. The muscle-bound oafs all recommended “supplements” for beginners like me. So like a fellow oaf, I tried some of them. More wasted time and money!

Drugs are NOT the answer to REAL weight loss (neither are “supplements”). They don’t work in the long-term, and the bad side effects just aren't worth it.

I’m just trying to do the right thing, and help people avoid the mistakes *I* made. Don’t get TRICKED like I did for so long. Consider yourself warned!
