Diets You Must Avoid
(Note: You should first read Sacred Heart Diet )
Now that I’ve “done my duty” and warned you about the worst (drugs & supplements), we need to talk about the other failures people often encounter on the road to successful weight loss. (I finally did lose the weight I wanted to, thanks to my celopin diet pill journey - more on that later.)
It’s widely reported that up to 95% of all diets fail - and brother, after what *I* went through, I can believe that! The problem as I see it, is that most of what you hear in the “moron mainstream media” is just that: stories by morons. Most important, remember these:
-Starvation Diets don’t work!
You can’t lose fat by starving yourself, or by skipping meals. All this does is convince your body that you’re under attack (they scientists call it “going into starvation mode”) and your metabolism shuts down - and so does any weight loss!
-Low Fat Diets don’t work!
Eating “low-fat” or “non-fat” foods, doesn’t work either. People have been using low-fat diets for decades - and our society is more fat now than decades ago!
-Low Carb Diets don’t work!
Actually, they do. But you just can’t stay on them long enough, to make a big difference - they’re too boring! A true low-carbohydrate diet MUST severely restrict the foods you can eat. And with so little choice, lemme tell ya, it gets real dull, real fast...
So now at least, you know what to avoid. I just don’t want you to waste your money and your time, making the same lousy mistakes I did.
