The Quick Daily Exercise to Lose Belly Fat
The following exercise will help you to lose belly fat fast. To understand why many other widely-promoted methods do NOT work, you should read the previous article: Lose Belly Fat
As we discussed in the previous article, you need to use a full-body exercise, which also firms the ab region. The best, cheap, easy, fast choice - is "Interval Training".
Here's how it works: After a short warm-up, you alternate "intervals" of sprinting & resting. To get the full benefits, you should do this for at least 15 minutes. (The more time you can afford, the better.)
Why does Interval Training work so well? After warming up, run as fast as you can for a short distance, while holding your hand against your abs. You'll feel your abs tighten up - even more than they do during a crunch or sit-up. Plus the work-rest-work-rest intervals, increase the strength & health of your heart - much more than jogging for long durations at a constant speed.
And the cost? To do this ab-firming exercise routine, all you need are running shoes and a place to run. You can even run back & forth over the same distance, but it's more enjoyable if you have a park or interesting scenery to run through.
Here's the Step-By-Step Exercise Routine:
1) Warm up. (5 minutes of stretching and a couple minutes light jogging, should be enough.)
2) Sprint for a set number of seconds. (See below for how to determine the actual interval length.)
3) Walk for a set number of seconds.
4) Repeat 2) & 3) for 15 minutes. (Or more.)
5) When you finish the Intervals, walk for awhile (as a "cool-down").
You want to choose the Intervals in 2) & 3), so they're challenging, but not so exhausting that you cannot continue them for at least 15 minutes. (When I started, I would sprint for 10 seconds, then walk for 20 seconds. Very soon thereafter, I was able to reverse that: sprint for 20 seconds, walk for 10 seconds.)
In only a few minutes a day, you can lose belly fat, firm your abs, burn significant calories and reduce your body-fat percentage. And an extra benefit of this exercise routine, is that your cardiovascular health will improve. Also, should this exercise get too easy, you can keep it challenging for your body (which will keep your body improving those abs!) by sprinting up and walking down a hill.
